PRODUCT WE USE

Our Guarantee is very simple…

All the materials and products we use in pipe relining are from RSM Lining Supplies, which is one of the biggest Pipe Relining Supply manufacturers in the world. It is currently based in various countries including Australia, the United Kingdom, USA, and Canada.

RSM are not simply manufacturers, but industry experts who only source and develop the highest quality materials that are available in the world today.

Thankfully, RSM has partnered with us and is supplying Pipereliningnorthernbeaches.com.au with various plumbing products that would fit different situations. We are constantly aware that in the Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) industry, customers will require varying solutions to their plumbing problems. Here, we do not have a one-size-fits all solution that will soon fail after a few months or years.

Every project is different from one another, and so we provide a unique service and use unique materials each time. This explains why it is so important for us to conduct CCTV pipe inspections prior to the procedure – because we would choose the type of liner or fibreglass and resin that we will use for the task.

RSM LINING SUPPLIES PRODUCTS ARE SOURCED FROM EUROPE AND THE USA.

Liner and fibreglass comes from the best and largest manufacturers in the world based in either Germany, The UK or USA.

Resin comes from the most highly regarded suppliers in Germany, France & The UK.

Some of these brands have been around since the 70’s, so you can rest assured that the products are tested and proven. Which is what allows us to confidently offer a life time guarantee.

WHY ARE SOME RESIN BRANDS DIFFERENT COLOURS?

A lot of people are getting confused in this industry, especially when it comes to the multiple resin colours available. We encourage you to do your own research about it and not just rely or believe what manufacturers say about it. Why? Because companies can tell you anything just to win your trust, and ultimately give them the job.

Resins do have different colours, but these colours are used solely for brand recognition. The colours do not have any effect or impact on the resin’s quality, neither do they tell where it was manufactured. Actually, almost all of the existing resins used for pipe relining come from Europe, particularly in France, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Some of the common colours for resin material include Blue, Orange, Red, Green, White, Black and Yellow. Again, these colours have no effect whatsoever on the resin and should not be sold with different prices.

RSM Lining Supplies offers several types of resin, each one having its own qualities:

  • Polyester – his is the most commonly used resin due to its flexibility in working times. It also has mechanical properties after it is properly cured.
  • Epoxy – This is a styrene-free resin that creates a leak tight liner, and comes in different cure times.
  • Vinylester – This is a low viscosity resin that is capable of curing at room temperatures, creates a strong bond to the base material, and is good fibre impregnability.
  • Eco Hybrid – This is also a vinyl hybrid resin that is manufactured using zero styrene.
  • Silicate – This resin is typically used in short length liners and point repairs. It is usually an alternative to polyester resin, but for shorter liners.

For our Inversion Pipe Relining procedure, we usually use BLUE MAGIC to seal the pipe thread and prevent leaks. We source this from RSM as well, although this product is manufactured in France by the world’s biggest resin manufacturer.
